We collect your name, email, optional phone, messages and booking information to respond to requests, arrange workshops and confirm payments. Application data is stored in AWS’s Canada region. Square processes payments; Google Calendar manages calls and invitations; Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent spam. These providers may process data outside Canada. Artisty does not store card numbers.

The proposed retention period for booking personal data is three years before anonymization; message and call retention must be confirmed. You can request access or correction through the contact form. The responsible contact, final retention periods and application of BC PIPA and PIPEDA must be confirmed before forms are opened.
